Michelle Hupp

Michelle Hupp is the CEO of The Hupp Group. It was her dream to combine four professionals into one real estate force to propel her already high level of service to the next level of excellence. Beneath her warm smile lies a strong real estate professional who offers years of experience and a Midwestern work ethic. She is the perfect fusion of business savvy, drive, and ethics. Licensed since 1992, she is known in the area for her landmark real estate sales in Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte Counties. Michelle prides herself on her negotiating skills, industry knowledge, continued education, ability to adapt to the market, and customer satisfaction. As the real estate market evolves, so do the strategies she uses to market and sell her sellers’ listings and help buyers pursue their dream home.

Michelle has earned her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. She is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). She has earned the Keller Williams Luxury designation and serves on the Keller Williams Island Life Real Estate Agent Leadership Committee representing the Luxury Division. She teaches luxury classes to other agents in the brokerage to help them earn their Luxury Designation. Michelle has recently been named as an elite representative of the KW Sports + Entertainment (KWSE) and KW Relocation.

Michelle has two decades of real estate experience and closed nearly $200,000,000 in real estate transactions during her career. Originally from a small town in Nebraska, she married Dr. Brad Hupp in 1996, and they have five children and four grandchildren. She has been dedicated to philanthropy throughout her life. Currently, She serves on the Executive Board for the Cotillion Club of Sarasota and is the Venice Volleyball Association Vice President. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, Broadway, boating, fishing, dining, live music, the outdoors, and attending sporting events.
